Hola.
For some time I have noticed that my impostor syndrome is increasing. That feeling has been joined by the loser syndrome, but that's another story.
It is difficult to deal with this mental problem because you do not stop thinking about how to overcome this situation and it ends up getting even more acute.
But I have noticed that by teaching people much younger than me, the symptoms decrease. You realize, if only because of the time you have been working, that you can help them train or at least give them references so that they continue learning. On many occasions I think I overwhelm them with too many references and content, but I want them to learn everything better than me, to be passionate about this profession and not end up with this syndrome.
And because they may be my bosses in the future, who knows.
